Peaks-tree climbers (Gafas) are designed to safely lift a worker along different tree trunks. In addition, the dart frog device helps to conveniently fix the legs on trees with a variety of bark relief, any diameter and shape of the trunk. Peak tree climbers are unique in that they can be used in hard-to-reach, vast, age-old trees (30-meter pines).
Wood climbing peaks are designed for climbing wooden supports and tree trunks in areas with a temperate climate and temperatures from -40° to +50°. During operation, NPAOP 0.00-1.30-01 "Rules for safe work with tools and devices" should be followed. Wood climbing peaks are designed with arborists in mind.
Two spikes are mounted on the tree climber's steel footboard to provide a stronger leg position when climbing. On the footboard are two lower steel lugs for attaching a strap that fixes the foot.
This product is part of a personal fall arrest system and must be used in conjunction with a complete worker fall arrest system.
Each gaff consists of a metal footboard, leather fastening straps (SPTA-7), spikes (SPTA-6), undercoat (SPTA-8) and a passport for the product.
