The PRODUCTION COMPLEX consists of a department for processing orders and issuing work orders, three production sites and a department for technical control and quality. A modern software package allows you to track and control the production process at every stage. The textile production area is equipped with heavy-duty sewing machines for sewing slings and automatic sewing machines for sewing lashing belts. The tape is cut using a computerized cutting equipment. The sewing department has three packing stations equipped with stepping machines, bag-sewing machines and a thermal tunnel.
AT THE SECTION OF METAL PRODUCTS, rope and chain slings are manufactured. The site is equipped with two hydraulic presses for crimping ropes of large and small diameters, a cutting machine, machines for braiding a rope, special pliers for forming loops of especially large diameter ropes and marking devices, applies information about the product and its unique number on a steel tag that accompanies each sling. THE AREA OF PRODUCTION OF WEBBING SLINGS is equipped with an installation of its own design, allows the production of rope slings with a lifting capacity of up to 100 tons and a length of up to 20 meters.
