Sling 1STVP

Textile slings 1STVP are an excellent choice when solving the problems of lifting and moving delicate loads using the "noose" lifting method. Thanks to the soft and wide polyester webbing, this sling gently wraps around the load so that the likelihood of damage is minimized. In addition, working with tape fabric slings is easy, pleasant and safe. Also, due to such properties of textile slings as lightness, compactness and corrosion resistance, they are ideal for equipping tow trucks, truck cranes and loader cranes.

Advantages:

• low own weight;
• safety (they do not injure the slinger due to the low weight and the absence of sharp burrs and protruding wires as in rope slings);
• thanks to the design of the choker hook, the load is securely tightened under its own weight so that no additional efforts are required;
• compactness, flexibility, elasticity (they fold easily, occupying a minimum volume, and, importantly, they also easily take on their original form after unpacking);
• do not damage fragile and delicate goods;
• due to the ability of the tape to lengthen by 3%, they smooth out small dynamic fluctuations;

Flaws:

• easily damaged by sharp edges of the load;
• are operational only strictly in temperature conditions from -40 to +100 ° С.

ATTENTION! Basic rules for working with textile slings:

• Before using the sling, check the maximum capacity of the sling with the actual weight of the load being lifted;
• Use slings strictly in accordance with their carrying capacity;
• Do not use slings that are damaged or defective;
• Never use textile slings without protective pads;
• Do not use textile slings at ambient temperatures below -40 and above +100 °C;
• Slings must be stored in a dry and clean condition away from heat and direct sunlight;
• If acids or alkalis get on the slings, it is necessary to check the slings with the manufacturer.
