Hoists "POLTEK" are distinguished by excellent performance and reliability. This is achieved thanks to careful quality control at all stages of the production process, implemented at the company's factories.
Advantages of POLTEK electric chain hoists:
- AC contactor brand Schneider (France), bearings brand NSK (Japan);
- Negative sequence voltage relay, 24V / 36V current leakage prevention device;
- Modern electric motor with class F insulation, equipped with good heat dissipation made of aluminum alloy, the allowable continuous operation time is not less than 30 minutes;
- Overload protection - an automatic limit switch stops the hoist when the working load is exceeded;
- Lateral electromagnetic braking device provides instant braking in case of power loss;
- The support frame of the hoist is made of two strong steel plates;
- The gears are precision CNC machined and heat treated to increase strength;
- Load chain of FEC80 standard (Japan), made of high-strength steel with heat treatment, the hoist is equipped with a swivel hook with a latch;
- The chain bag is made of durable PVC fabric, resistant to damage.
An electric chain hoist or hoist is a reliable and compact device designed for lifting and lowering loads. The electric hoist operates from a 380V mains supply. The compact size of the hoist allows you to work with it in small rooms and in confined spaces.
The electric hoist is controlled by a push-button panel at a distance of up to 1.5 meters from the place of lifting the load. Hoist control is intuitively simple and does not require any prior special training. The electric hoist is mounted on a monorail I-beam.
Our company only offers high quality, field proven electric hoists and winches. Each hoist is tested upon sale, is completed with a passport and operating instructions.
