MOBILE HFSR hoist trolley

The design of the HFSR trolleys manufactured by H.F.S. provides the possibility of their long-term and guaranteed safe operation with the declared parameters due to the manufacturability of solutions and the high quality of materials used in production.

The idle HFSR trolleys are designed for convenient and secure mounting on steel beams and are designed to move suspended hoists (usually hand hoists) and small loads as quickly as possible along a horizontal monorail. The spacer bar with a central lug and threads on both sides allows quick and accurate installation of the ctrolley on beams of various sizes and types. Due to the rotation of the spacer beam, when adjusting to the corresponding width of the beam flange, it is not necessary to adjust the distance between the travel wheels with type-setting washers. The exact position of the lift in the center of the monorail without shifting to the left or to the right is achieved in a convenient and simple way, the correct distribution of the load on the supporting structures and traveling wheels ensures, in turn, their long and safest service.

The basic version of the HFSR design provides protection against rollover trolley and wheel breakage in accordance with the requirements of the current technical safety regulations for machines

In addition, the manufacturing company guarantees objective (insurance) responsibility for the safety of products and compensation for losses, in the event of an established product defect, provides documentary evidence of the progress of acceptance tests (upon request).
