Grade100 (G100) chain slings are assembled from modern components of the 10th strength class, which can significantly reduce weight while maintaining high load ratings. Chain slings have a wide scope. Especially in demand when working in aggressive environments, at high temperatures, as well as for working with loads that have a shifted center of gravity or sharp edges.
Benefits:
- reduced weight due to the increased strength of the chain and components;
- compactness;
- maintainability;
- durability;
- resistance to high temperatures *;
- resistance to mechanical damage;
- the ability to adjust the length of the branches (optional);
Disadvantages:
- large net weight;
- not intended for sharp dynamic loads;
- chain defects and wear are difficult to detect;
- damage fragile goods, as well as carefully prepared surfaces;
- The symbol of the sling: Sling TLCS A / B
Where A is the lifting capacity of the sling in tons; B is the length of the sling in millimeters.
Example: Sling FLCS 11.2 / 2000 -1 pcs. (four leg chain sling with a lifting capacity of 11.2 tons, a length of 2 meter in the amount of 1 pc.)
