Heavy duty load skates systems XY

Load skates systems are designed to move, or turn on the spot, bulky heavy (up to 36 tons) of cargo. We simply cannot do without cargo handling systems in cases where it is necessary to move equipment (metalworking machines, furnaces, boilers, presses, hammers, industrial refrigerators, production lines, etc.) in a room where it is impossible to use a crane of the required lifting capacity. Armed with just the XY jack and roller system, any structure or equipment can be moved without fear of spoiling the flooring and without superhuman efforts.

Load skates systems consists of two parts: a front roller block with a rotary platform and a control handle, and rear supports (two roller blocks with a connecting bar). To move the load, it must be lifted with a jack by 120 mm, and then put roller blocks under it. After installing the load on the roller blocks, it is ready to move.

Load skates systems have a smooth ride and minimal rolling resistance.

All models of load skates systems have anti-slip rubber coating of surfaces in contact with the load.
