HOIST TROLLEY HFSH WITH DRIVE

The design of the HFSH trolleys manufactured by H.F.S. provides the possibility of their long-term and guaranteed safe operation with the declared parameters due to the manufacturability of solutions and the high quality of materials used in production.

The HFSH hand chain trolley are designed for easy and secure mounting on steel girders and are designed to position and move loads on hoists (usually hand hoists) along a horizontal monorail. The spacer bar with a central lug and threads on both sides allows quick and accurate installation of the carriage on beams of various sizes and types. Due to the rotation of the spacer beam, when adjusting to the corresponding width of the beam flange, it is not necessary to adjust the distance between the travel wheels with type-setting washers. The exact position of the lift in the center of the monorail without shifting to the left or to the right is achieved in a convenient and simple way, the correct distribution of the load on the supporting structures and traveling wheels ensures, in turn, their long and safest service.

The basic design of the HFSH provides protection against rollover of the carriage and breakage of the running wheels in accordance with the requirements of the current technical regulations for the safety of machines.

In addition, the manufacturing company guarantees objective (insurance) responsibility for the safety of products and compensation for losses, in the event of an established product defect, provides documentary evidence of the progress of acceptance tests (upon request).
